Ideas to help the Flooding

As you already know in netherlands and in other countries like the maldives and tuvali. Her are some Ideas that will help:   1. A wall infront of the house in the shores  2. plants(different types of water plants) which may fertilize the soil and sand so that it will be difficult for the water to pass  3.  another i dea could  be a half domes around and under the hoouse so when the water comes it will not have that much of a bad effect with stairs to get out of a dome with a boat as a moving facility( num. 3 is only for durastic measures)
